Kinsale Capital Group reshuffled its analytics and technology leadership on April 29, naming Salmaan K. Allibhai executive vice president and chief analytics and technology officer and elevating Nicholas J. Kunkle to vice president and chief actuary.
Allibhai, who joined Kinsale in April 2016, had been senior vice president and chief actuary. Kunkle arrived in April 2024 as senior actuary and was promoted to managing actuary in March 2025 before taking on the chief actuary role. The company said the move consolidates its analytics and technology functions under one leader.
At the same time, Diane Schnupp retired as executive vice president and chief information officer, effective April 29, 2026, after seven years in the role. Kinsale said she will remain in a consulting capacity for a period to support the transition.
The company said the reorganization is intended to remove operational silos and align its data and technology strategy more closely with its business processes. Today the company's shares have moved -0.78% to a price of $345.08. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
