LCI Industries and Patrick Industries have ended their talks on a possible merger of equals after the companies said they were unable to agree on terms.
The companies had confirmed the discussions on April 17. No deal was reached, ending a transaction that would have combined two suppliers serving the recreational vehicle and transportation markets.
LCI Industries also said it will report first-quarter 2026 results before the market opens on May 5 and will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET the same day.
The announcement comes just weeks after the companies first acknowledged merger discussions. Today the company's shares have moved -0.45% to a price of $120.01. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
