Regency Centers said its 2025 corporate responsibility report highlights a record-high employee engagement score of 88%, marking the third straight year at that level. The company also said it received the Healthiest Companies Award from the First Coast Workplace Wellness Council for the 17th consecutive year.
Regency reported that it and its employees contributed about $2.2 million to charitable causes and that employees volunteered more than 2,000 hours in local communities.
On environmental targets, the company said it exceeded its 2030 Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions reduction goal five years early, with a cumulative cut of 38% from its 2019 baseline. It also invested $2.6 million in high-efficiency LED projects during 2025.
