The company was incorporated in 2013 and is headquartered in Mountain View, California.

In Item 2, management said the company continued to grow through a mix of new customer additions and expansion within existing accounts. Revenue rose 21% year over year to $276.7 million for the three months ended April 30, 2026, from $229.0 million a year earlier. Annualized recurring revenue increased 23% to $1.163 billion, while customers with ARR of at least $100,000 climbed 17% to 1,702 from 1,459.

Management said non-GAAP operating income turned positive at $10.5 million for the quarter, compared with a non-GAAP operating loss of $3.9 million in the prior-year period. On a GAAP basis, operating loss narrowed to $79.7 million from $87.5 million. Net loss improved to $76.2 million from $208.2 million.

The company said its revenue outside the U.S. accounted for 39% of total revenue in the quarter, compared with 38% a year earlier. It also said no single end customer represented more than 5% of ARR as of April 30, 2026. SentinelOne described its subscription contracts as typically running one to three years, with revenue recognized ratably over the contract term.

Management said cost of revenue is driven mainly by third-party cloud infrastructure expenses and personnel costs tied to customer support and services. It also said those cloud costs rise with the number of customers, endpoints, modules, and the amount of data stored for cloud modules. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved -12.43%, and are now trading at a price of $15.78. For the full picture, make sure to review SentinelOne's 10-Q report.
