Honeywell has appointed Jillian Evanko, 48, chief executive officer of Duravant, to its board of directors, effective immediately, adding an independent director and audit committee member ahead of the company’s aerospace spin-off expected June 29, 2026.
Evanko brings more than 25 years of industrial and manufacturing experience. Before joining Duravant in January 2026, she spent nearly a decade at Chart Industries, where she most recently served as president and chief executive officer after previously holding the chief financial officer role. At Chart, she oversaw capital allocation, operational performance, acquisitions and growth initiatives aimed at lifting the company’s market capitalization.
Her background also includes service as chief financial officer of Truck-Lite and multiple operational and financial leadership roles at Dover and its subsidiaries. Earlier in her career, she held financial and operational positions at Arthur Andersen, Honeywell and Sony.
Honeywell said the board change comes as the company prepares for the aerospace separation. After the spin-off, Honeywell expects Craig Arnold, Bill Ayer, Scott Davis and Deborah Flint to join the Honeywell Aerospace board, while Evanko will serve on Honeywell’s board alongside Vimal Kapur, Duncan Angove, Michael Lamach, Grace Lieblein, Indra Nooyi, Marc Steinberg, Robin Watson and Stephen Williamson.
Evanko currently sits on the board of Greif and previously served on the boards of Chart Industries, Parker Hannifin and Alliant Energy and its affiliates. She also serves on the nonprofit board of the National Association of Manufacturers. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -0.85% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $235.83. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
