The Trade Desk named Nate Olmstead as its next chief financial officer, replacing interim CFO Tahnil Davis in a move that takes effect July 9, 2026.
Olmstead joins from Penguin Solutions, where he served as SVP and CFO. Before that, he was CFO of Logitech International and spent 16 years in financial leadership roles at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Davis, who stepped in as interim CFO, will return to her prior role as chief accounting officer. She has been with The Trade Desk for 11 years and will continue working closely with Olmstead during the transition.
CEO Jeff Green said Olmstead will help guide the company’s “next phase of growth,” while Davis remains part of the finance leadership team as an advisor and reporting line shifts to Olmstead. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 9.04%, and are now trading at a price of $23.51. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
