Provident Bank names Annamaria Vitelli Chief Wealth Officer

Provident Bank named Annamaria Vitelli executive vice president and chief wealth officer, and president of Beacon Trust, effective immediately.

Vitelli joined Beacon Trust in September 2025 as executive vice president and chief growth officer, so the promotion comes about nine months after her arrival. In her new role, she will oversee investment management, trust and fiduciary services, while also working across Provident Bank and Provident Protection Plus on an integrated sales model.

The bank said Beacon Trust has about $4 billion in assets under administration. Provident Bank reported $25.20 billion in assets as of March 31, 2026.

Vitelli brings more than 20 years of wealth management experience. Before Beacon Trust, she was executive vice president and head of Hawthorn at PNC Private Bank, where she led an ultra-high-net-worth business segment and managed a team of more than 200 professionals.

Provident Bank said the move is aimed at expanding and retaining Beacon Trust’s customer base, developing new wealth management products and services, and supporting long-term growth across the wealth business. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 3.06% to a price of $22.20. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
