Tecnoglass Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend

Tecnoglass declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share for the second quarter of 2026, unchanged on an annualized basis at $0.60 per share.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2026 will receive the payment on July 31, 2026.

The company, which makes high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass, said the dividend comes as it continues to serve residential and commercial end markets. Tecnoglass said the U.S. accounted for 95% of total revenue and that it serves nearly 1,000 customers across North, Central and South America.
