Flutter Entertainment to Delist from London Stock Exchange

Flutter Entertainment said it plans to delist its ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange on Aug. 3, 2026, leaving the New York Stock Exchange as its sole listing.

The company said the last day of trading in its London-listed shares will be July 31, 2026. Flutter said it made the decision after reviewing its listing structure and weighing trading activity in London against the added cost and regulatory and administrative burden of keeping the LSE listing.

Flutter’s shares will continue to trade on the NYSE under the symbol FLUT after the London delisting takes effect.

The company said it first disclosed the listing review on May 7, 2026, when it reported first-quarter results.

Flutter said it has asked the UK Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing of its shares on the official list and asked the London Stock Exchange to cancel trading admission on the main market.

The company also pointed shareholders to guidance it has prepared for holders of depositary interests issued by Computershare ahead of the delisting.

Flutter said it generated $16.383 billion in revenue in fiscal 2025, up 17% from the prior year, and posted $4.304 billion in global revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved -2.57%, and are now trading at a price of $107.95. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
