Flutter Entertainment said it will delist its ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 a.m. London time on Monday, August 3, 2026. The last day of trading in the shares on the LSE will be Friday, July 31, 2026.
The company’s shares will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FLUT, and after the delisting the ordinary shares will be listed only in New York.
Flutter said it reviewed its London listing after announcing in its May 7, 2026 first-quarter results that it was examining its listing structure. In that review, it weighed trading activity in the shares on the LSE against the added cost and regulatory and administrative requirements of keeping the listing. It concluded that leaving the LSE was in the best interests of the company and shareholders.
The company has asked the UK Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing of its shares on the official list and to cancel their admission to trading on the LSE main market.
Flutter said it must provide at least 20 business days’ notice of the delisting.
The company also said it has prepared shareholder FAQs for holders of depositary interests issued by Computershare to help them manage their holdings after the delisting.
Flutter reported fiscal 2025 revenue of $16.383 billion, up 17% from the prior year, and said first-quarter 2026 revenue was $4.304 billion. Today the company's shares have moved 0.02% to a price of $110.825. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
