Marvell Technology said Dan Durn will become chief financial officer on June 15, 2026, replacing Willem Meintjes, who will stay on in an advisory role through April 2027.
The move comes after Meintjes spent 10 years as CFO. He resigned from the board on June 10, 2026, five days before taking over the finance job. Marvell said Durn had already served on its board for two years before stepping down to join management.
Durn arrives from Adobe, where he was CFO and executive vice president of finance, technology, security and operations from October 2021 through June 2026. Before that, he was CFO at Applied Materials, NXP Semiconductors, Freescale Semiconductor and GlobalFoundries.
Marvell also reaffirmed its second-quarter fiscal 2027 outlook, repeating guidance it had issued on May 27, 2026. The company did not change that outlook in the announcement. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -0.5% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $279.30.
