Axis Capital Adds Pradip Patiath to Board

Axis Capital added Pradip Patiath to its board of directors, effective June 15, 2026, expanding the board to 12 members.

Patiath will serve on the risk committee and the human capital and compensation committee. He is currently a senior partner at McKinsey & Company and a global leader in its financial services and technology division. In May 2026, he was also elected to the board of Verisk Analytics.

Axis said the appointment brings its independent board count to 11 of 12 directors. The company said Patiath has nearly 30 years of experience with McKinsey across two tenures, and previously served as president and chief operating officer of CCC Information Services.
