Contango Silver & Gold said shareholders at its June 18 annual meeting elected seven directors to serve until the 2027 meeting: Clynton Nauman, Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, Shawn Khunkhun, Michael Cinnamond, Tim Clark, Darren Devine and Brad Juneau.
Shareholders also approved three proposals: the ratification of Baker Tilly US, LLP as the company’s independent auditor for fiscal 2026; the non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation; and the move to hold that compensation vote on an annual basis.
The board slate remained unchanged at seven members, and the annual advisory pay vote was set on a one-year cycle rather than a multi-year schedule. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 0.47% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $16.98. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
