Wiley Raises Dividend for 33rd Year

Wiley raised its annual dividend to $1.43 per share from $1.42 in fiscal 2026, marking its 33rd straight yearly increase.

The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3575 per share, payable July 23, 2026, to shareholders of record July 7, 2026.

The dividend increase comes after a quarter in which Wiley reported several gains across its operating metrics:

  • Research revenue grew in the mid-single digits, while Adjusted EBITDA margin in the segment expanded by 100 basis points.
  • AI revenue reached $49 million, up 23% from a year earlier, with recurring AI revenue “rapidly scaling.”
  • Adjusted operating margin rose 260 basis points to a record 17.7%.
  • Free cash flow increased 55% year over year to $195 million.
  • Wiley returned a record $174 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, including $100 million in repurchases.
