Replimune recently released its 10-K report. Replimune Group, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company founded in 2015 and based in Woburn, Massachusetts. It is developing oncolytic immunotherapies designed to selectively replicate in tumors and stimulate an immune response against cancer, with RP1 as its lead candidate, alongside RP2 and RP3.
In Item 7, Replimune said it remains focused on research, development, manufacturing preparation, and eventual commercialization, but it has not yet generated revenue from product sales. The company reported net losses of $313.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2026, compared with $247.3 million in the prior year, and an accumulated deficit of $1.2625 billion as of March 31, 2026. It ended the period with $268.9 million in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments, and said that under its current operating plan those resources should fund operations into the first calendar quarter of 2027, including scale-up for potential RP1 commercialization in skin cancers.
Since inception, Replimune said it has raised about $1.1329 billion in net proceeds, including $101.2 million from its IPO, $862.0 million from five follow-on offerings, $96.7 million from a June 2024 private placement, and $73.0 million from at-the-market offerings. The company said its spending has been driven mainly by research and development and selling, general and administrative costs, and that it expects expenses and operating losses to keep rising for at least the next several years. It also said its ability to reach profitability depends on successful development and eventual commercialization of one or more product candidates. Today the company's shares have moved -3.65% to a price of $11.205. Check out the company's full 10-K submission here.
