Belden completed its acquisition of Ruckus Networks on July 1, adding a business that brings enterprise Wi‑Fi, enterprise switching and AI-driven network management into Belden’s portfolio.
The deal gives Belden a larger end-to-end IT/OT networking offering for enterprise and industrial customers and expands the company’s addressable market. Belden said the transaction materially broadens its reach in industrial networking while strengthening its overall financial profile.
In announcing the close, Belden said the acquisition accelerates its move into a full-stack networking solutions provider. The company framed Ruckus as a key addition because of its intelligent network solutions and its established enterprise networking lineup.
Belden did not disclose the purchase price in the release. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -0.14% to a price of $119.74. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
