Sprinklr said Tuesday it named Thomas Addis chief revenue officer, effective immediately, as the company pushes to tighten execution in its go-to-market organization.
Addis joins from Bazaarvoice, where he served as president and chief revenue officer and “helped nearly double company revenue” through a scaled, AI-driven model, according to the release. Before that, he was chief executive of Kinetica and earlier global chief revenue officer at Box, where he helped build the company’s commercial foundation. At Salesforce, he joined before the IPO and contributed to growth from $51 million to more than $2 billion in revenue.
The appointment comes as Sprinklr says it is evolving its go-to-market model and entering a new phase of growth. The company did not disclose revenue figures for its own business in the announcement, but it emphasized the need for “execution and alignment” as it works to strengthen customer service and operate “as one team.”
Sprinklr said Addis has more than two decades of global revenue leadership experience across enterprise software companies. He will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Rory Read.
The company said its platform is used by more than 1,600 enterprises, including Microsoft, P&G and Samsung, and that 59% of the Fortune 100 rely on Sprinklr. Today the company's shares have moved 3.78% to a price of $5.355. For the full picture, make sure to review Sprinklr's 8-K report.
