Hilton Grand Vacations added Christine Duffy to its board of directors, expanding the board with a travel and hospitality executive who has spent more than 30 years in the industry.
Duffy is president of Carnival Cruise Line, where she oversees a global business serving millions of guests annually. She has held that role since 2015. Before that, she was president and CEO of Cruise Lines International Association. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Maritz Inc. and McGettigan Partners.
The company said Duffy also serves on the board of Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation.
Hilton Grand Vacations said it serves more than 720,000 club members worldwide. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 2.78% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $52.91. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
