Ondas Inc. acquires DZYNE Technologies, boosting defense tech capabilities and revenue growth forecast.

Ondas Inc. said it has acquired DZYNE Technologies, a U.S.-based defense technology company, in a deal that combines cash and stock, with more than half of the stock portion subject to a six-month lock-up.

The acquisition gives Ondas a larger footprint in autonomous defense, adding DZYNE’s long-endurance autonomous aircraft, counter-drone systems, autonomous effects and mission-critical defense technologies to Ondas’ portfolio. Ondas said the deal expands its reach across persistent intelligence, aerial security, mission intelligence and autonomous effects.

The company said the transaction forms the organizational foundation for Ondas Sentinel, its dedicated U.S. defense division, alongside World View.

On the financial side, Ondas said the combined business is expected to generate $191 million in revenue in 2026, rising to more than $300 million in 2027. It also projected more than 80% compound annual growth from 2025 through 2028.

DZYNE brought with it a $1.5 billion three-year pipeline and $111 million in backlog as of June 30, 2026.

Ondas said EBITDA margin is expected to be positive in 2026, improve to the mid-teens in 2027 and reach the mid-20% range by 2028.

The company said the acquisition strengthens its ability to support larger defense programs through a more integrated, multi-domain mission architecture and a broader manufacturing base. Today the company's shares have moved 0.88% to a price of $7.475. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
