Copart Promotes Jane Pocock to President

Copart promoted Jane Pocock to president, effective Aug. 1, 2026, elevating the executive who has led its UK and Ireland business since January 2019.

Pocock joined Copart in January 2019 as managing director of Copart UK and has since overseen a business the company says has gone through “significant growth and expansion.” Under her leadership, Copart UK and Ireland expanded capacity, strengthened its operational footprint, and served insurance carriers, policyholders, commercial sellers and members.

The company said Pocock’s promotion is intended to extend the operating model she built in the UK and Ireland across Copart’s global platform. Jay Adair, Copart’s executive chairman and incoming chief executive officer, said Pocock has delivered “outstanding results” and brought experience leading customer-focused growth at scale.

Copart described itself as a global vehicle auction company operating at more than 250 locations in 11 countries. It said it connects consignors to about 1 million members in more than 185 countries and sold more than 4 million units in the last year. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved -1.5%, and are now trading at a price of $28.16. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
