Enova International said Maria Veltre is joining its board of directors effective immediately, while William M. Goodyear and Mark McGowan are retiring from the board as part of a planned transition.
Veltre is an operating partner at Lightyear Capital and previously served as U.S. head of digital and innovation at Santander US, chief marketing officer for Fifth Third Bank, and chief marketing officer for Citi’s small business unit. She has also held senior marketing and digital roles at JPMorgan Chase and other financial institutions.
Enova said the board change comes as the company continues its growth plans and works to complete its announced acquisition of Grasshopper Bank.
