Willis Lease Finance said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire a portfolio of 12 commercial aircraft and 13 aircraft engines, adding 25 assets to its lease portfolio.
The company said the deal expands its aircraft leasing business and supports its engine-based programs, including ConstantThrust. It also said the acquisition complements its asset management, technical and aftermarket capabilities.
Willis Lease described the transaction as a portfolio addition that would grow both its asset base and customer base, while strengthening its ability to support aviation customers across the asset lifecycle.
