GREENE COUNTY BANCORP INC Raises Dividend by 10%

Greene County Bancorp, Inc. raised its quarterly cash dividend to $0.11 per share, up from $0.10 a year earlier, increasing the annualized payout to $0.44 per share from $0.40. That is a 10.0% increase in the annual cash dividend rate.

The dividend will be paid on the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 14, 2026, with payment expected on August 31, 2026.

The company’s majority owner, Greene County Bancorp, MHC, which holds 54.1% of the common shares, will waive its receipt of the dividend. The mutual holding company previously received nonobjection to waive dividends totaling up to $0.64 per share across four quarters ending March 31, 2026, June 30, 2026, September 30, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
