News Corporation said it has now bought back about US$377.7 million of stock under its 2025 Repurchase Program, leaving room to use the rest of the US$1 billion authorization.
In the latest daily update, the company reported it bought back 66,163 shares on the previous day, for US$1.84 million in total consideration. That compares with 9.63 million shares bought back previously, for US$243.8 million.
The company’s repurchase program covers its Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock. It said the program allows purchases of up to an aggregate US$1 billion and that it has already completed roughly 38% of that amount.
News Corp also reported the highest price paid so far under the program was US$28.97 on 17 July 2026, while the lowest price paid was US$22.20 on 9 February 2026.
