Vita Coco recently released its latest 10-Q report. The company develops, manufactures, markets and distributes coconut water products, along with coconut-based drinks, oils and plant-based alternatives, under the Vita Coco brand in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. It also sells private label products to retailers and distributes through club, food, drug, mass, convenience, e-commerce and foodservice channels.

In Item 2, management said the company’s business remains centered on branded coconut water, private label coconut water and coconut oil, plus smaller “other” products such as Vita Coco Treats, Vita Coco Coconut MLK and PWR LIFT. As of June 30, 2026, Vita Coco said it sourced products from about 20 factories and co-packers worldwide and operated an asset-light supply chain without owning those facilities. It said its products were available in more than 35 countries, with primary markets in North America, the U.K. and Germany.

For the three months ended June 30, 2026, net sales rose to $216.2 million from $168.8 million a year earlier. Gross profit increased to $105.3 million from $61.3 million, and operating income climbed to $63.1 million from $25.1 million. Net income was $49.5 million, up from $22.9 million.

The company said tariff refunds were a major factor in the quarter. During the three months ended June 30, 2026, it received about $15.6 million in tariff refunds, which it recorded as a reduction to cost of goods sold. Management said the refunds favorably affected gross profit, operating income, net income and diluted earnings per share for both the three* and six-month periods.

Americas Vita Coco coconut water sales increased 14.5% to $137.9 million, while private label sales jumped 83.2% to $26.9 million.
