Visteon Corp Q2 2026 Net Sales Drop to $960M

Visteon reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $960 million, down from $969 million a year earlier, even as the company said sales grew 4% versus the market. Gross margin came in at $118 million.

Net income attributable to Visteon was $49 million, or $1.80 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA was $116 million, equal to a 12.1% margin.

Cash from operations was $37 million in the quarter, and adjusted free cash flow was $20 million. For the first six months of 2026, cash from operations totaled $43 million, capital expenditures were $61 million, and adjusted free cash flow was an outflow of $3 million.

Visteon ended the quarter with $650 million in cash and $299 million in debt, leaving net cash at $351 million. That compares with the company’s year-end balance sheet position of net cash, though no prior-quarter figure was provided in the release.

New business wins reached about $2.0 billion in the quarter. The company also launched 24 new products across 11 customers.

Visteon announced a $200 million accelerated share repurchase program under its existing $800 million authorization.
