Kontoor Brands Adds Tom Waldron to Board

Kontoor Brands added Tom Waldron to its board of directors effective immediately and expanded the board from six members to seven.

Waldron previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Kontoor, where he oversaw the Wrangler and Lee brands globally as well as the company’s supply chain, product development and innovation. Before that, he was executive vice president, co-chief operating officer and global brand president of Wrangler at VF Corporation, after holding roles in brand, merchandising, sales and operations.

The appointment gives Kontoor a director with direct operating experience inside the company and long familiarity with its core brands. Waldron is also a board member at The Lycra Company.
