News Corp Buys Back $247.45M Stock, Totaling $383.24M

News Corporation said it has bought back $247.45 million of stock in the latest reporting period, taking total repurchases under its 2025 program to about $383.24 million.

The company reported that 9,763,695 securities were bought back before the previous day, with an additional 70,004 repurchased on the previous day. The latest purchases were made at prices ranging from $22.20 to $28.97 a share.

News Corp’s 2025 repurchase program allows for up to $1 billion of Class A and Class B common stock to be bought back. Based on the company’s disclosure, about $616.76 million of capacity remained after the reported purchases.

The company said Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as broker on the buyback. No ASX-listed CDIs are included in the program. Today the company's shares have moved 1.08% to a price of $26.615. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
