Flex Announces Leadership for Spin-Off and Current Company

Flex said on July 29, 2026, that it has lined up leadership for both the current company and the planned spin-off of its cloud and power infrastructure business, with the separation expected in the first quarter of 2027.

For the planned spin-off, Spinco, the company named: Bill Watkins as non-executive chairman Revathi Advaithi as chief executive officer Kevin Krumm as chief financial officer Rob Campbell as chief commercial officer Mattias Jansson as president, embedded power Todd Hoover as president, critical power Hooi Tan as chief operating officer Chris Butler as chief technology and strategy officer

Krumm, who is currently Flex’s chief financial officer, is expected to move into the Spinco CFO role when the separation closes, while remaining Flex CFO until then. Flex said it has started searching for a permanent CFO and expects to name a successor before the transaction is completed.

For Flex after the separation, the company named: Revathi Advaithi as non-executive chairman during a transitional period Michael Hartung as chief executive officer Dennis Kirkpatrick as president, integrated technology solutions Mike Thoeny as president, regulated manufacturing solutions Rodrigo Dalloglio as chief operating officer Ivan Brockman as chief business transformation officer

The announcement follows the earlier decision to split the company into two publicly traded businesses, with Advaithi set to lead Spinco and Hartung leading Flex. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -5.14% to a price of $107.46. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
