AbbVie Reports 10.2% Revenue Growth in Q2

AbbVie’s second-quarter 2026 revenue rose to $16.990 billion, up 10.2% from a year earlier on a reported basis and 9.5% on an operational basis.

Earnings per share jumped to $2.03 on a GAAP basis, up 290.4%, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 22.9% to $3.65.

The company’s largest growth engine remained immunology, where quarterly revenue climbed 15.1% to $8.786 billion. Skyrizi led that portfolio with $5.505 billion in sales, up 24.4%, and Rinvoq rose 24.5% to $2.525 billion. Humira continued to decline, falling 35.9% to $756 million.

Neuroscience revenue increased 20.3% to $3.228 billion. Vraylar rose 18.9% to $1.071 billion, Botox Therapeutic grew 12.2% to $1.042 billion, Ubrelvy advanced 16.0% to $392 million, and Qulipta climbed 30.9% to $350 million.

Oncology revenue slipped 1.5% to $1.650 billion. Venclexta increased 11.6% to $771 million, but Imbruvica fell 29.4% to $532 million. Elahere rose 33.1% to $211 million.

Aesthetics revenue was nearly flat at $1.282 billion, up 0.3%. Botox Cosmetic increased 5.2% to $728 million, while Juvederm declined 6.0% to $245 million.

AbbVie also updated its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $13.87 to $14.07 from $13.91 to $14.11, cutting the midpoint by $0.04.
