MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES INC has recently released its 10-Q report. In Item 2, management said the company generated $297.8 million in revenue in the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and $580.0 million in the first six months of 2026. Cloud subscriptions accounted for 42% of revenue in both periods, services 45%, maintenance 10%, software licenses 1%, and hardware 2%. Cloud revenue rose 26% in the quarter and 25% for the first half, reaching $126.7 million in the quarter and $243.8 million for the six months, while remaining performance obligations climbed to about $2.5 billion, up 23% from a year earlier.
Management said international revenue was about $102.1 million in the quarter and $198.9 million in the first half, equal to roughly 34% of total revenue in both periods. By segment, the Americas produced $97.6 million of cloud revenue in the quarter, EMEA $24.3 million, and APAC $4.8 million; for the first half, those figures were $187.1 million, $47.3 million, and $9.4 million. License revenue was small at $2.0 million in the quarter and $4.2 million in the first half.
Maintenance revenue totaled $30.5 million in the quarter and $61.1 million in the first half, and management said it expects that line to decline over time as customers move from legacy perpetual licenses to cloud subscriptions. Services revenue was $133.1 million in the quarter and $258.8 million in the first half, with the Americas contributing $99.1 million and $192.4 million, EMEA $25.7 million and $51.1 million, and APAC $8.3 million and $15.3 million, respectively. Hardware revenue was $5.6 million in the quarter. Management also said the company had about 4,100 employees worldwide at June 30, 2026.
