Deluxe closed its acquisition of Celero Commerce on July 31, adding more than 55,000 merchant relationships and 130 bank partners to its payment network.
The deal is expected to lift Deluxe’s scaled payment platform to more than $70 billion in annual gross transaction volume, moving it toward the top 10 non-bank merchant acquirer ranking, based on Nilson reporting.
Deluxe said the transaction is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS in the first full year after closing and includes more than $15 million in expected cost synergies.
The company said it will update full-year 2026 guidance when it reports second-quarter results on Aug. 5, and plans an investor day in December to discuss the combined business.
