The company said it will update full-year 2026 guidance when it reports second-quarter results on Aug. 5, and plans an investor day in December to discuss the combined business. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved -0.42%, and are now trading at a price of $25.87. For the full picture, make sure to review DELUXE CORP's 8-K report.
