AbbVie reported six-month net revenues of $32.0 billion, up 11.2% from $28.8 billion a year earlier, with operating earnings of $10.4 billion, diluted EPS of $2.42 and operating cash flow of $7.3 billion.
The U.S. generated $23.8 billion of revenue in the first half, up 9.6%; international revenue rose 16.2% to $8.2 billion, or 10.7% on a constant-currency basis. In the second quarter alone, worldwide revenue was $17.0 billion, up 10.2%.
AbbVie’s biggest growth engine remained immunology. Skyrizi delivered $10.0 billion in first-half sales, up 27.3%, including $8.5 billion in the U.S. and $1.4 billion internationally. Rinvoq added $4.6 billion, up 24.0%, with U.S. sales of $3.2 billion and international sales of $1.5 billion.
Humira continued to contract sharply, falling 37.2% in the first half to $1.4 billion. U.S. Humira sales dropped 49.4% to $782 million, while international sales declined 12.4% to $662 million.
In neuroscience, Vraylar produced $2.0 billion in first-half revenue, up 18.6%. Botox Therapeutic rose 14.3% to $2.1 billion, while Ubrelvy climbed 26.5% to $731 million. Qulipta posted $646 million, up 40.5%, and Vyalev reached $457 million, more than tripling from $161 million a year earlier.
Oncology revenue was mixed. Venclexta rose 13.6% to $1.5 billion, and Elahere increased 21.2% to $409 million. Epkinly reached $186 million, up 53.3%. Imbruvica, however, fell 27.1% to $1.1 billion, including a 37.6% drop in U.S. sales to $669 million.
Aesthetics generated $2.5 billion in first-half sales. Botox Cosmetic rose 11.9% to $1.4 billion, while Juvederm Collection declined 3.0% to $477 million and other aesthetics products fell 7.3% to $595 million.
AbbVie recorded $3.4 billion of amortization of intangible assets and $3.9 billion from changes in the fair value of contingent consideration liabilities in the first half.
The company said its pipeline includes about 90 compounds, devices or indications, with roughly 60 in mid* and late-stage development. It also highlighted 2026 progress on Skyrizi in Crohn’s disease, Rinvoq in vitiligo and alopecia areata, Venclexta in CLL, and multiple oncology and aesthetics programs.
