TG Therapeutics Posts 71% Increase in Briumvi Sales

TG Therapeutics posted a sharp jump in Briumvi sales in the second quarter and lifted its full-year revenue outlook.

Second-quarter 2026 total global revenue reached $240.3 million, up from $140.9 million in the same quarter a year earlier. Briumvi U.S. net product revenue accounted for $227.7 million of that total, rising 64% from the prior-year period.

For the first half of 2026, product revenue climbed to $437.1 million from $258.5 million a year earlier. U.S. Briumvi net product revenue for the six months was $422.5 million, compared with $248.7 million in the first half of 2025.

The company raised its full-year 2026 total global revenue target to about $950 million, from its prior outlook implied by earlier guidance, and increased its Briumvi U.S. net product revenue target to $890 million to $905 million.

Revenue growth came alongside higher spending. Research and development expense rose to $95.3 million in the second quarter from $31.8 million a year earlier, while selling, general and administrative expense increased to $82.1 million from $55.6 million. For the first six months, R&D climbed to $143.7 million from $78.1 million, and SG&A rose to $170.3 million from $105.9 million.

Net income fell to $7.8 million in the second quarter from $28.2 million a year ago. For the first half, net income was $27.6 million, down from $33.2 million.
