PubMatic named Megan Ramm as global chief revenue officer, bringing in a veteran sales executive from Uber Advertising to lead worldwide revenue strategy across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Ramm most recently ran global sales at Uber Advertising, where she led a multi-billion-dollar sales organization focused on brands and agencies. Before that, she was an early sales leader at Snap and spent six years at Google working on search and programmatic sales.
The company said the hire comes after a second quarter 2026 performance that included a return to double-digit year-over-year revenue growth, achieved ahead of schedule, along with expanded profitability and continued momentum in its AI-native platform and higher-growth business lines.
In her new role, Ramm will target performance advertising, connected TV, mobile app and agentic advertising, while also deepening relationships with brands, agencies, DSPs and publishers.
PubMatic said the appointment is designed to accelerate growth as AI reshapes digital advertising buying, selling and optimization. Today the company's shares have moved -3.12% to a price of $17.10. For the full picture, make sure to review PubMatic's 8-K report.
