Centene said Chief Financial Officer Drew Asher will step down from the role on Dec. 31, 2026 and retire from the company at the end of 2027, while Chris Neczypor will join in September and take over as CFO on Jan. 1, 2027.
Asher has served as CFO since 2021, a period during which Centene said revenue rose from about $126 billion in 2021 to about $195 billion in 2025, an increase of roughly $69 billion, or about 55%.
The company said Asher will remain through 2027 to support strategic initiatives and the transition to Neczypor.
