Xylem named Andrea Van Der Berg its next chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026, replacing William Grogan.
Van Der Berg is currently senior vice president of finance for Xylem’s water infrastructure segment. She has spent more than 20 years in finance and business leadership roles, including 13 years at Honeywell. She will report to Chief Executive Officer Matthew Pine and join the executive leadership team.
Grogan will stay with the company through mid-September to help with the transition.
Xylem also reaffirmed its third-quarter and full-year 2026 guidance issued on July 28, 2026.
