Curtiss-Wright said it is adding $100 million to its 2026 share repurchase program, lifting expected buybacks for the year to $260 million.
The company said the new authorization will be used immediately through a 10b5-1 program. It is also still executing on the $60 million repurchase program it started in January 2026, which it expects to finish this year.
After those programs are completed, Curtiss-Wright said it will still have $290 million of open repurchase authorization remaining.
The latest expansion follows the company’s prior 2026 buyback plan and increases the year’s expected repurchase total by 62.5% from the initial $160 million level implied by the $60 million program alone to $260 million with the new $100 million addition. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -2.12% to a price of $680.96. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
