News Corp has repurchased 10,904,473 shares for a total of US$279,629,269.01 as of the previous day, bringing the company’s cumulative spending under its 2025 repurchase program to about US$431.1 million.
In the latest daily update, the company said it bought back 58,482 shares on the prior day for US$1,717,967.23. Those shares were purchased at a highest price of US$29.64 and a lowest price of US$28.95.
The company’s ongoing buyback authorization covers up to US$1 billion of Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock. News Corp said the program is being carried out in the open market or otherwise, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acting as broker.
