Array Technologies said it will use its investor technology showcase to push a broader pitch: the company wants to move from being a tracker maker to a more integrated solar balance-of-system platform.
The company said that strategy now spans foundations, trackers, wire management, controls, software and AI, with technical interoperability at the center. It also said the presentation will highlight progress at APA Solar roughly one year after that acquisition, including integration, commercial momentum, realized synergies and growth opportunities.
Array said APA is already part of that expansion plan, and it pointed to its pending acquisition of Affordable Wire Management as another step. The company said the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
Management said the strategy is aimed at increasing project share and expanding the company’s addressable market by moving deeper into utility-scale solar infrastructure. Array also said five major product launches are planned for 2026 as it targets more integrated offerings that simplify installation, reduce project risk and improve total cost of ownership.
Chief Executive Kevin Hostetler said the company believes combining complementary technologies can create more value for customers and more opportunities for profitable growth. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -5.59% to a price of $4.645. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
