News Corp Repurchases $283.1M in Stock

News Corp said it has repurchased $283.1 million of stock over the latest reporting period under its $1 billion 2025 repurchase program, lifting total buybacks to about $433.7 million so far.

On the previous day alone, the company bought back 58,482 securities for $1.73 million, compared with 10,962,955 securities for $281.35 million in the prior period reported in the filing.

The latest purchases were made at prices ranging from $29.67 to $29.67 on the previous day, while the broader program has seen shares bought as high as $30.79 and as low as $22.20 since it began.

News Corp’s program covers Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock, with no ASX-listed CDIs included.
