Sky Harbour Group Adds $10M to Stock Placement

Sky Harbour Group said it has added $10 million to its recent registered direct common stock placement, bringing in an additional strategic investor through the sale of 1 million more shares at $10.00 apiece. The new tranche is expected to close on or before Aug. 26, 2026.

The company said the extra proceeds are intended to support future hangar developments and other corporate purposes. It also said the two investors in the original tranche granted waivers to the 90-day lock-up that began last Wednesday.

Separately, Sky Harbour filed monthly construction reports for Portfolio I and Portfolio II under its continuing disclosure agreements with holders of its 2021 and 2026 bonds.

The company also laid out a heavy conference schedule over the next two months, starting with Boston Omaha’s annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 21, followed by the Evercore virtual real estate investor conference and the Lake Street Capital Markets Best Ideas Growth Conference on Sept. 9-11 and Sept. 9-10, respectively. Additional appearances are slated for the D.A. Davidson annual diversified industrials & services conference on Sept. 23-25, the Noble Capital Markets virtual equity investor conference on Oct. 1-2, and the Maxim Group annual growth summit on Oct. 13-14. Today the company's shares have moved 0.39% to a price of $10.25. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
