Martin Marietta Materials completed its combination with Lhoist North America on August 21, 2026, adding a business that produces high-calcium lime, dolomitic lime and industrial mineral products for steel, infrastructure, heavy nonresidential construction and environmental markets.
The company said the deal gives it more than 2 billion tons of high-quality limestone reserves, a scale it described as making Martin Marietta the nation’s leading producer of limestone products. The transaction expands its specialties platform and broadens its portfolio of essential upstream materials.
Martin Marietta said it will update its full-year 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance when it reports third-quarter results.
