Kraft Heinz Co to Move Listing to NYSE

Kraft Heinz will move its common stock listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange, with trading on the NYSE expected to begin on Sept. 14, 2026, under the ticker KHC.

The company, which said it generated about $25 billion in net sales in 2025, is shifting exchanges as it enters what CEO Steve Cahillane called the next chapter of its transformation. Kraft Heinz said the move reflects the scale of its portfolio and its focus on long-term shareholder value.

The company’s portfolio spans brands including Heinz, Kraft, Philadelphia, Primal Kitchen and Lunchables, and it said its products are sold in more than 40 countries.
