Stewart Information Services Corp. raised its annual cash dividend to $2.20 per share from $2.10, an increase of 4.8%.
The new rate takes effect with the third quarterly payment of 2026, which will be $0.55 per share, payable Sept. 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on Sept. 15, 2026.
The company said the move marks its seventh dividend increase in just under six years. CEO Fred Eppinger said the board approved the increase as part of its effort to return capital to shareholders through both operations and dividends.
