Yext Reports Strong Q2 Revenue Growth

Yext reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $111.1 million, up from the prior period, while net income per share, basic, came in at $0.13 and non-GAAP net income per share was $0.21.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $34.0 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 31%. Annual recurring revenue was $440.8 million.

The company said growth in its enterprise ARR customer cohort accelerated in the quarter, driven by better retention and expansion in that segment. It also completed the acquisition of GoShine, which it said broadens the platform into brand-level visibility optimization for AI search.

In August, Yext released a working prototype of Corvo AI, a conversational platform aimed at small business owners.

Chief Executive Michael Walrath said the company is seeing momentum in enterprise ARR and expects that trend to continue into the third quarter. He also pointed to record adjusted EBITDA and capital returns to shareholders as the company expands its AI-focused product set. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 1.03%, and are now trading at a price of $6.84. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
