News Corp has repurchased about US$460.8 million of stock under its 2025 buyback program, leaving roughly US$539.2 million of capacity from the US$1 billion authorization.
In the latest daily filing, the company reported buying 54,641 shares on the previous day for US$1.69 million. That followed a much larger total of 11.56 million shares bought back before the previous day, with total consideration of US$299.6 million.
The program covers Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock, not ASX-listed CDIs. News Corp said the repurchases are being made in the open market or otherwise, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acting as broker.
The filing shows the highest price paid so far was US$31.58 a share on Aug. 27, 2026, while the lowest price paid was US$22.20 on Feb. 9, 2026.
