Corvex Merger Boosts Revenue to $4.3M

Corvex, Inc. reported a sharp jump in scale after its March 19, 2026 merger with Corvex Legacy Holdings, with pro forma six-month revenue rising to $4.3 million from $35,000 at the pre-merger parent alone and total costs climbing to $32.7 million.

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the combined company posted a pro forma net loss of $26.2 million, compared with a historical loss of $2.2 million for Corvex, Inc. before the acquisition. Loss from operations widened to $28.4 million from $4.5 million, while net loss attributable to common stockholders reached $26.3 million, versus $2.4 million previously.

Revenue in the six-month pro forma statement was almost entirely driven by the acquired business, which contributed $4.3 million, compared with just $35,000 from Corvex, Inc. before the merger. Within expenses, cost of revenue totaled $3.3 million, general and administrative expense was $22.1 million, technology and infrastructure expense was $2.8 million, and sales and marketing expense was $1.2 million.

On the bottom line, the combined company reported a pro forma loss per share of 94 cents for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with a historical loss of $1.14 per share for Corvex, Inc. on its own. Weighted average shares used in the calculation increased to 27.9 million from 2.1 million.

For the year ended December 31, 2025, pro forma revenue was $7.5 million, up from $433,000 for Corvex, Inc. and $7.1 million for Corvex Legacy Holdings, respectively. Total pro forma costs and expenses were $73.0 million, led by $43.7 million of general and administrative expense and $11.4 million of technology and infrastructure expense.

The full-year pro forma net loss was $67.5 million, compared with $18.3 million for Corvex, Inc. and $9.5 million for Corvex Legacy Holdings on a historical basis. Loss from operations widened to $64.8 million, and net loss per share came in at $2.62, versus $21.79 for Corvex, Inc. before the combination.
