The company said the move will happen in phases over the coming months. It said the shift is intended to put its executive team and core corporate functions closer to its expanding AI business, strategic partners and talent pools in North America.
Top said the relocation is part of a broader shift in its corporate focus and operational footprint toward the U.S. market. The company said its local offices in other regions will remain open and day-to-day services for clients and partners will continue without disruption.
The announcement did not include financial figures, but it did highlight the company’s operating footprint across brokerage, asset and fund management, trading solutions, money lending, trust services, investor relations and public relations, plus its newer AI business segments.
