Top Financial Group said it is moving its global headquarters to the United States, with the new base at 4201 Main Street, Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77002.
The relocation will be phased in over the coming months. The company said the move is aimed at putting its executive team and core corporate functions closer to its expanding AI business, strategic partners and talent pools.
The company did not disclose any financial figures tied to the headquarters move, but it said the transition is intended to accelerate business development and streamline regional operations in North America.
Top said its local offices in other regions will continue operating during the transition, so day-to-day service for clients and partners is not expected to be interrupted.
The announcement comes as Top continues to build out its operating footprint across multiple markets. Its subsidiaries include licensed operations in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore, and the company has also entered AI-related business segments.
