IonQ raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $450 million to $460 million, after previously guiding to a lower range. The updated forecast now includes SkyWater Technology’s results from July 31, 2026, the acquisition date, through Dec. 31, 2026, and also removes estimated intercompany revenue tied to the pre-existing commercial agreement between the two companies.
The company said the new combined guidance reflects the first full financial contribution from SkyWater since the deal closed, giving the outlook a direct boost from the acquired business. IonQ also said the revised figure comes as it prepares for its first joint investor day with SkyWater, signaling that the acquisition is now being folded into its operating and financial plans.
No prior 2026 revenue range was included in the release, but the new guidance establishes a target of at least $450 million for the year, with the top end at $460 million. Today the company's shares have moved 7.77% to a price of $42.59. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
